Late Cancellation Fees apply to all confirmed bookings.
Late Cancellation (within seven days of booking date) will result in a client fee of 50% of the booking cost or re-scheduling of the shoot.
No-Show Cancellation (cancellation on day of booking) will result in a client fee of 100% of the booking cost plus any travel expenses incurred.
Sometimes a deposit will be required for a shoot - securing location/equipment for example - this would be lost in the event of a late cancellation.
nb. I'd always prefer to reschedule rather than cancel completely - if something goes wrong let's chat and see what can be done.
Image Usage Licence details - for Editorial, Commercial or Corporate work
I supply three different types of licence.
- Promotional Usage - This is the general type of licence packaged in with a shoot. It allows the client worldwide promotional usage in both print and digital media. However full copyright remains the exclusive property of me, the photographer, and as such resale or unlicensed sharing of the images is not permitted.
/// base £250 (included in shoot fee)
- Exclusive Usage - This is the same as the promotional usage however guarantees you exclusivity to the images, meaning I cannot licence the images to third parties.
/// base £500
- Full Ownership Rights - This option gives the client full ownership of the images. Meaning that you can use them as you will, including sell them to others. I will only be able to use them as stock images for the duration.
/// base £850
All licence rates are on a sliding scale depending on the size of the project but starting rates are listed above.
Unless other arrangements have been discussed, all licences last one year and start at the time the invoice is paid in full and access to the online gallery is sent across to the client. All licences are renewable at 50% of the original licence fee and a reminder email will be sent towards the end of the licence term.
All of this is negotiable so feel free to have a chat with me about it if anything is unclear or unsatisfactory.
Late Payment fee for invoiced work
Payment is to be made 30 days from the date of the invoice.
A late payment fee of 20% of the original invoice amount (or £50 - whichever is greater) will be added at 75 days from the invoice date.
Additional late payment fees will be added every 30 days until payment is recieved.
